I would like to know if anybody has used Spray away bedbugs product to get rid of bed bugs which is based on natural enzymes or a similar product. I need to know if products such as this really work to help eradicate bed bugs. This is a very annoying problem, and only serious advices or solutions would help.
I used it and it worked great. I recommend it highly.

landlord is bringing chemicals for us to spray but i work 60 hours and don't have time to do it.
I agree. Proving you are not responsible is tough. You can always ask, but don't expect him to pay $$ if you won't try to help by spraying.
Personally, I'd be concerned about leaving it in my landlord's hands. Is he trained in pest control? What chemical would he plan to use? Would he handle the chemical properly and treat the area appropriately?
You say "us". Is that tenants in other apartments or your room mate? Is this a building-wide problem or just your apartment? You could spray (read the labels!) before you leave for work or your room mate could do it.
Regardless of the why's and wherefore's, I'd want those blood-sucking parasites out of my place as fast as possible and would do whatever it takes to make them disappear.

The answer is so obvious!!. When you have a lady friend coming round slip them a couple of quid to keep out of sight for a few hours.
Not on my bed yet, i found some of them dead on the floor and inside the fur of stuffed animals. What should I do until the insect guy comes in two days?
Are you sure they are bedbugs? there are lots of insects that will live in a house.
If you are, the dead ones you have found may be cast nymphal skins,
Have you found red droppings on the bedclothes or noticed bites on your limbs?
Bedbugs are a problem best left to professionals, they get into the smallest gaps and are difficult to kill.
You will probably be best off if you start by boil washing everything you have in that room prior to the pest controllers visit.
They may want you to dispose of the bed, as that is more than likely the major harbourage.
Then all cracks and crevices should be dusted with insecticide prior to a spray treatment of the floor areas etc.
Be patient. there is no quick fix for bedbugs.
I know they can hide in beds and nearby curtains but can they hangout and survive in the bathroom?
I figure the bathroom is cleaned a bit stricter so that would be a safe place to keep my luggage.
bathroom should be free from bed bugs since like you already mentioned, there is no place, such as bed or curtains for them to hide. but there might be other type of bugs and bateria though
