Are You Safe From The Bed Bug Bites?

bed bugs are too irritating…..so please if any one knows how to permanently get rid of it…………it wud be great

Unfortunately they are extremely hard to get rid of, and sometimes even exterminators have a hard time, because they go into the smallest cracks and crevices, down deep in the mattress, under carpet and in walls, and they seem to only come out when it is dark. If you have bedbugs in your mattress, it might be wise to seal it up in plastic, and get rid of it, then have your house exterminated. Be careful because bedbugs do not discriminate, you can get them from a movie theater or a fancy restaurant! You may have to get repeat treatments, or a combo or treatments. Good Luck!

My friend has bed bugs. I can’t really stay away from her all the time because she sits beside me and stuff, and I can’t move away from her. So if I spray bug repelent or something like that on me will they stay away??

Is it the landlords responsibility to take care of bed bugs when it is the tenants who have brought them into an apartment.

When I was renting, every apartment complex I lived in had a monthly pest extermination. It is the landlord's responsibility to keep the units pest-free. There is no way to know if a tenant infested the apartment because pests can move from one unit to another. That would be a tough case to try.

I found this website that might be helpful to you:

What are good remedies for bed bugs. I have been getting biten by bugs in my house. How can I stop this?

use a raid bug bomb but you'll have to leave the house for a few hours. also get your mattress and carpet in room professionally cleaned. If you have drapes then wash them too.

I found these bed bugs on my mattress and I wanna know how to get rid of them

Not sure if they are bed bugs because i looked it up and it said they are good at hiding but this is what i found:

Once an infestation has occurred, patience and persistence is the key to ridding the area of bed bugs. It isn't enough to clean the mattresses and launder the sheets. Furniture should be overturned and cleaned. Carpeting, wood molding, door jambs, picture frames, and closets should be inspected as well. Bed bugs can hide behind loose wallpaper, in the crevices between carpets and walls, behind outlet covers, and inside light fixtures, smoke detectors, and even clocks. Removable, washable items can be laundered in very hot water. For those areas or items which can not be laundered, smaller items can be wrapped in plastic and set in a hot place or in direct sunlight. The key is to raise the temperature to at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit for several hours to kill the eggs and the bugs. Vacuuming and steam cleaning may also be done, but any bags or canisters should be thrown away or emptied outside of the area immediately to prevent another infestation. The best method of removing bed bugs, however, is through a professionally handled treatment.

My daughter recently moved out of an Apt that had bed bugs and she did not know they were there when she moved in. However, we tried to get rid of them when she moved out, but faliled. There is still a problem and it is very annoying. We would like to get of them discreetly. Someone please help!?

The whole apartment complex may have them they can live in rugs and go through the smallest opening from apt to apt.
they can also be carried by pets.

Forget the apt take all the fabric material that she has that she moved from the apt and wash it and put it plastic bags with moth balls for a few days.
this may stop her from carrying it to her new apt.

I think I might have bed bugs but im not sure. I would love any information…thanks!

Bedbugs are nasty little creatures that suck your blood while you sleep. If you do have them, get rid of your mattress! I just read an article on Yahoo News about how bedbugs are getting worse in the US, and extermination is getting harder because the chemicals they are using aren't as strong anymore. Check out the link to the news story below…it shows a picture, also.
