Treat Bed Bugs

Do you know of anything that will effectively do the job?.. If so, please let me know as I've had with bed bugs. I can't even sleep right anymore. Any tips would also be appreciated.

Nine answers already and not one has said that eventually you may need an exterminator. Amazing.

But before you head that direction you may want to try to deal with this on your own with some chemical free products that are effective on bedbugs.

There are several sprays that kill them and their eggs on contact like BedBugTerminator by Kleen-Free and a few others.

Ultimately you may need to get an exterminator in which will be costly and will need you to leave your apartment for a day or two while the chemicals wear off but you may want to start off with a do it yourself solution that works.

I've been noticing that there are a lot of articles on bedbugs recently. I was wondering if you can contract bedbugs from another person? The reason I ask this is because my boss travels a lot and stays at mediocre hotels, so to speak.

Sort of. They wont be travelling on him. However there is potential for them to hitch a ride in his luggage, and then go home with him. Or say a brief case he had in the hotel and brought to the office. I think they would prefer the luggage to the brief case, but possible.

I'd check the website reports for infested areas and double check with places he's been. There is a report site I've ran across so do a search for it.

at the moment I dont have enough money to buy a new mattress and all those nigths on the couch are driving me nuts!, please someone help!

I live in a large apartment complex in Raleigh, NC and I am in a prime target dwelling for bedbugs. I am worried that I am getting bitten. I expose my knees, thighs, arms, & head when I sleep. I sometimes feel vulnerable to bites. I wonder how people who sleep naked are gonna feel knowing these bedbugs are likely to attack. What if they nip at a penis or nipple? How bad would that hurt?

Bedbugs leave blood trails when they retreat to their hiding places such as behind headboards or between mattresses and box springs. It doesn't matter whether you sleep in your birthday suit or fully clothed. They move only while your asleep and will latch on to your skin and suck your blood wherever they can.
